ice station very nice breakfast family room
the family room had bunk beds and a king size bed so it was perfect for us. we loved the water and ice station in the hallway. breakfast was very nice.. i especially enjoyed the variety.
the gym equipment seemed quite limited.

i appreciated the spaciousness of the corner king room standard floor. the bathroom featured two separate sinks, this aided our morning routine. the room also included a rainfall shower, a really relaxing feature.
the gym was somewhat crowded during peak hours, making it a little difficult to access equipment.

amazing location blackout curtains smaller rooms interesting buffet
The location was amazing. i loved that it was situated amongst the namba parks precinct. the blackout curtains were also amazing. I slept so well!!!
the hotel rooms were smaller than expected. i was also expecting more from the breakfast buffet. it felt more like a school mess hall!!!

Adequate stay with some issues
late room limited breakfast
The initial check-in process was RATHER disappointing. I arrived and the room was not ready. I had to wait longer than expected. The staff seemed underprepared for the number of guests arriving. the breakfast selection lacked variety. THERE were not many options catering to different dietary preferences. Fresh juices were missing.

Excellent Hotel Experience
rooftop restaurant city views
The rooftop restaurant offered views and tasty food. The spa was equipped and relaxing. Guest service were pretty good in every interaction. Our room was spacious with city views (at the 27th floor).
I booked a large bed room. It was two small beds put together. Sleeping in the middle was uncomfortable.

Excellent Hotel with Spacious Rooms
breakfast variety prompt service
I found the location great, just a short walk to namba station. the breakfast variety was superb (especially the homemade tofu!). the luggage delivery service was prompt. My bags arrived without any issues. the room had floor-to-ceiling windowswith amazing city views.
i encountered a table charge at the rooftop restaurant. it felt a bit strange since i was already paying a considerable amount per night for my stay. i believe this policy sends the wrong message to guests.

the hotel is conveniently situated between umeda city and dotonburi. many restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping options are very close to the hotel. this made exploring the area very easy and enjoyable.

my room was spacious, much larger than typical rooms. the queen bed was comfortable and adequate for two people. the mini-fridge was convenient for storing snacks and drinks and the high-pressured shower was very relaxing.

the hotel offers a range of amenities expected of high-end hotels. the rooftop bar is a definite highlight, with dj sets. laundry service was efficient and readily available (i used it twice ).

Acceptable but Disappointing Experience
confusing check-in constant train noise
The check-in process was disorganized. I was given several price points for an upgrade instead of ONE total. I had to do calculations myself. This felt unprofessional, and I declined the upgrade. Even on a high floor, train noise was a CONSTANT disturbance.
